Who makes the apps

The AEShot apps are made by Christos Kyriakis, Switzerland, support@aeshot.com. These terms apply to every app offered on aeshot.com.

Using the apps

The apps are free. You may use them on as many computers as you like, at home and at work, for yourself or for your organization. Organizations may install them on their computers with their own tools, such as device management.

The apps remain mine. You may not sell or rent them out, publish changed copies of them, or remove my notices from them. To pass an app on, share the link to aeshot.com.

Updates

I keep improving the apps. An update may add, change or remove features, and I may stop developing or offering an app. Installing an update is up to you.

Counting installations

Apps that count their installations do so anonymously, about once a day, as their privacy policy describes. You can turn this off in the app’s settings.

Warranty and liability

The apps are free and provided as they are, without any warranty, as far as the law allows. I am liable only for damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence. Mandatory rights under the law of your country are not affected.

Keep a backup of important files. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for lost or changed data, including files the apps open, edit or sync.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. If you use the apps as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in applies as well.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
