Version 1.1.2
Released 23 October 2026

Earlier releases
Version 1.1Released 23 October 2026The first version of AEShot Sync: one-way backups from one folder or drive to another, with every change shown before it happens.
- Analyze first: a read-only plan of what will be copied, updated or moved aside, file by file. Nothing is written until you confirm.
- Update adds new and changed files and never removes anything. Mirror makes the destination an exact copy and moves what it would remove to a dated archive on the destination.
- Every file is written under a temporary name and swapped into place in one step, so an interrupted run never leaves a half-copied file.
- Durability modes, optional SHA-256 checksums, drive identity checks and a clean-up of leftovers from interrupted runs.
- Storage Validation measures your own drives with generated test data.
- Write a Review in the app and tell others what you think of AEShot Sync.
- Settings show this installation's ID with Copy, and Write a Review on aeshot.com opens the review page with it filled in.
Version 1.1.4
Released 24 October 2026
Updates install themselves again.
- Updates download and install themselves again. If you use 1.1.2 or 1.1.3, install this version once from aeshot.com.
Version 1.1.3
Released 24 October 2026
- Menus that open from an icon button, such as More, show their commands again.
- An update installs with one click on Update, and the app opens again.
- A profile you are editing is kept when an update installs: AEShot Sync asks you to save it first.
- Check for Updates… is next to About in the notification-area menu and in the More menu, and Check Now is in Settings › General › Updates.
